What is Acupuncture?

Acupuncture is the practice of inserting very thin, sterile steel needles into the skin to stimulate specific points in the body. Sometimes a heat lamp is used to aid relaxation. Acupuncture has been proven benefical for:

Auricular treatments are actually a type of acupressure, which uses small metal "seeds" that stick to your ear with a tiny adhesive bandage that can be simply peeled off. The seeds are used to target acupuncture points without using needles.
