Dr. Sheldon Bjorgaard is a licensed Naturopathic Physician. He received his Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine (Class of 2016). Prior to naturopathic medical training, Dr. Sheldon received his Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Biology from the University of the Fraser Valley, where he developed a keen interest in human health, nutrition, and medicine through competing in athletics (CIS men's basketball).
In addition to treating health concerns of all kinds, Dr. Sheldon has a clinical focus in the treatment of obesity, metabolic syndrome, and digestive health concerns. He also received additional training and certifications in Regenerative Injection Therapies for joint pain and injury, Intravenous (IV) nutrient therapy, prescriptive authority, acupuncture, and the use of Sublingual Immunotherapy for the elimination of seasonal and environmental allergies.
Dr. Hayley Collinge, ND graduated in 2013 from Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine after completing her BSc in Biology with a minor in Psychology at Thompson Rivers University in 2008. She spent the first 6 years of her career living and practicing in Arizona, and still owns a telemedicine business there. In 2020, she moved back to her native BC to help fellow Canadians achieve optimal health. Her main areas of focus at Dimension are Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy and endocrine conditions (hormonal imbalance, thyroid conditions, adrenal fatigue, diabetes, obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome). She utilizes comprehensive dried urine hormone testing and/or additional blood tests to pinpoint exactly what's going on with every patient. Through her own personal journey with celiac disease, poor digestive health, imbalanced hormones, and adrenal fatigue, Dr. Hayley brings her unique first hand experience and expertise to the table. She understands that healing takes time, and she utilizes a unique, individualized, holistic approach to help each patient achieve the best results. She also treats autoimmune disorders and holds certifications in Prescriptive Authority, IV Therapy, Acupuncture, and Cosmetic Botulinum Toxin. Dr. Hayley feels honoured and blessed to have helped so many patients achieve better health thus far, and looks forward to the privilege of being your provider.
Jeffrey graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2014 and has been a practising RMT ever since. He uses techniques such as GTO, trigger point, myofascial release, dense connective tissue frictions, joint mobilizations, petrissage, and effleurage. Jeffrey looks forward to contributing to your healing from injury, strain, or stress and helping your overall well-being along your wellness journey.
Jeannine Yuen is a Civil Engineer turned Massage Specialist who will be graduating from the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2023. Having competed in judo and jiujitsu, she has a strong background in athletic injuries and stress management. With her analytical background, she is always trying to understand and solve the root of the problem. If something isn’t moving the “proper” way, she wants to know why and is eager to help alleviate pain and get you back to what you love to do.

Dr. Andrew Kniajev is a licensed, evidence-based chiropractor who is passionate about helping patients achieve their optimal health so they can live their best lives possible. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto, ON (Class of 2017). Originally from Russia, Dr. Andrew moved to Canada at a young age and fell in love with physical activity which led him to pursue a degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor prior to his chiropractic education. Dr. Andrew focuses on active rehabilitation, passive mobilizations, soft-tissue therapies, patient education, spinal manipulative therapy (SMT), extremity adjustments, and other modalities to provide patients with the highest quality of care. His treatments include, but are not limited to, migraine and headache management, postural dysfunction, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, and acute/chronic lower back pain management. Dr. Andrew is very excited to share his passion for health and wellness with the community!
Harley [she/her] is a Registered Dietitian whose passion areas include chronic disease management and intuitive eating. She has experience in diabetes management and is currently working to become a Certified Diabetes Educator. She also aspires to obtain her Intuitive Eating Counsellor Certification. She aligns her practice with the Health at Every Size (HAES) paradigm, taking pride in her ability to offer a compassionate and inclusive space for her patients to be heard. Harley believes that we are more likely to engage in health-promoting self care practices, such as healthy eating and joyful movement, if we learn to inhabit our bodies in an accepting and appreciative way. Though making healthy choices to reach blood sugar and cholesterol targets is important for good health, so is healing disordered relationships to our bodies and foods. It would be Harley’s pleasure to support you in optimizing your nutrition by making choices that are nourishing, sustainable, within reach, and sensitive to your truest needs!
Sabrina graduated from the University of Alberta in 2016 and spent the first 5 years of her career as a clinical dietitian working with adults with chronic diseases such as heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure. She also has experience with pre and post-partum health challenges. Sabrina’s mission is to educate, inspire, and motivate her clients in becoming the healthiest, happiest versions of themselves. Sabrina is passionate about all aspects of nutrition from metabolism and physiology to cooking and eating. Sabrina’s coaching style focuses on a flexible approach to eating- no restrictions and no deprivation. She will endeavour to help you meet all of your health and weight loss goals without cutting out your favorite foods. When Sabrina isn’t working, she is in the kitchen whipping up a delicious meal or spending time with her husband and two year old son exploring the gorgeous beaches that BC has to offer. Sabrina feels honoured to have the privilege of working with you to help you meet your health and wellness goals!
Devinder (Dev) Dhaliwal is a Registered Social Worker with the BC College of Social Workers and BC Association of Social Workers. He completed his Master of Social Work degree at the University of the Fraser Valley in Abbotsford, BC where he was born and raised. Devinder offers counselling for all mental health and life challenges but he has a special interest in parenting and men's group therapy. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Sukhi, with whom he has three beautiful children. Being a social worker, community citizen, and a family person, Devinder understands the struggles and hardships that come in life. He believes that through a therapeutic conversation, people can feel relief and build on a solid foundation to move forward and towards their next steps in life. Devinder offers counselling in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
Kamyani is a Registered Clincal Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. She completed her Master of Arts in Psychology at Panjab University in Chandigargh, India. After working for almost 8 years as a counselling clinician, she moved to Canada in 2016 with the dream of becoming an RCC. During this journey to become an RCC, Kamyani worked with teens with autism in group homes and school settings which has helped her understand the unique challenges of supporting family members with special needs.
She has expertise with grief & loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, PTSD, OCD, and self-harm. She works with people of all ages, but primarily with youth. Kamyani is truly invested in her clients' well-being. Whether it is the daily struggles of life that have you overwhelmed, or a life event that has flipped your life upside down, she is here to support you. Kamyani offers counselling in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Urdu.
Julia is a Certified Clinical Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and comes with a background of helping and supporting others for the past eight years. Having been born and raised in Chilliwack, she is thrilled to be offering mental health services to the community that she works and plays in. Julia is passionate about working with individuals with chronic pain and in supporting others to connect with who they and who they want to be. Her areas of focus include: chronic pain, anxiety, depression, life transition, body image, and emotional regulation and expression. She has additional training in Existential Analysis and is a trained provider of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Julia believes that each of us holds our own answers to life already, but along the way we may benefit from having someone accompany us as we move towards healing. Whether you've been to counselling before or this is your first time, Julia is honoured to walk with you as you pursue wellness and wholeness in your life.
Talya, our Life Coach, is currently pursuing her MA in Counselling Psychology with the goal of becoming a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Talya highly values mental health and believes that everyone can benefit from a therapeutic conversation. As a Life Coach, her focus is supporting people who are in the midst of making life changes, creating strategies to reach goals, and helping people who feel like they are stuck in a rut to make progress in their life to attain greater fulfillment. In her spare time, Talya loves painting and hiking.
Jessica, our Client Care Coordinator, is the first person to greet you upon calling or arriving at Dimension. You will find her at the front desk and elsewhere in the office keeping everything running smoothly. Jessica was born and raised in Chilliwack, BC. When she was 24 years old, she decided to pursue a post secondary education, where she earned her certification in Administration from the University of the Fraser Valley. Jessica then went on to gain more than 10 years of experience in an array of supportive positions with Corrections Canada, traffic control, and most recently within the towing industry. She has always had a passion for helping others, and the decision to transition into healthcare was a simple one. She is excited and thrilled for the opportunity to be a part of others' success, especially when it's within her own community, which she loves.
Sheri, our Client Care Aide, will be the one taking care of you when you are seated in our IV lounge. She also takes care of our practitioners so they can serve you to the best of their ability and makes sure the treatment rooms are cleaned and sanitized between each visitor. Sheri was born and raised in Alberta but moved to Chilliwack in 2007. She loves the community here and the beautiful outdoors. Her favourite activities are swimming in Cultus Lake and running along the Vedder Rotary Trail. She started her early career as a Certified Dental Assistant but decided a change was in order and completed the Health Care Assistant program at Vancouver Career College in 2018. Since then, she has worked as a Care Aide in long term care settings and has supported patients going through cancer treatments. She is happy to now be supporting our wonderful clients and fantastic team of practitioners here at Dimension Health & Wellness!
